EAST COUNTY ABWA BOARD MEETING MINUTES

ABWA Board Meeting Minutes 3/27/08
Jackie and Gail will try and attend the next ACES meeting in order to discuss our upcoming event. We are at the point where we need to begin promoting the event and obtaining sponsors. We will need to work together with ACES in these areas.
We agreed that the Pooch Parade logo should be included on the front of the event’s shirt, and our sponsors will be listed on the back of the shirt.
Kris and Julie will speak with their contact who can provide us with the event t-shirts in order to obtain information about pricing, sizes and volume.
Kelly will send out thank you cards to our visitors and our speakers.
If Jackie is able to speak with Lisa of ACES before the Rolando Street Fair, and we are able to get a commitment for our event date, Jackie will advise Julie, who will prepare a flyer advertising the event. Gail will hand out these flyers at the Rolando Street Fair, and the flyers will also be available for us to use at other events and to place in various stores.
